Community Seven - About Us

Community Seven (C7) is the main housing association for Kensington in Liverpool. We are the Registered Social Landlord for the area and we are working alongside the local community, Liverpool City Council and Kensington Regeneration in order to make the Kensington New Deal happen.

This government-backed initiative will bring about vital changes to homes and neighbourhoods creating a better place to live and work. Our investments in the community and their facilities are improving the quality of life of all the residents in Kensington.

Homes

Community Seven has a range of homes, from small, two-up-two-down terraces, to modern family houses, apartments and bungalows. We also won a vote by Liverpool City Council tenants who wished to transfer the management of their properties to us. We are now putting into place a series of schemes to improve many of the properties in the area.

Initiatives

Community Seven is committed to supporting the local community in their activities. We do this by providing help and advice to community organisations and tenants and residents associations, and by funding projects through our Community Chest Fund.
