We are putting a great deal of time and effort into getting things right. Our Community Wardens are committed to making Kensington a cleaner and safer place for all who live and work in the area. If you have witnessed incidences of anti social behaviour please inform us. It’s important that we run efficiently and in accordance with guidelines provided by The Housing Corporation and central government. We have a range of policies and procedures which provide our tenants with the framework in which we work. Our staff are fully trained to answer all of your enquiries, including payment enquiries, repairs requests and general enquiries regarding finding a home with us. We want you to be happy with the service that we offer you. If you have a concern or comment about any part of our service, we want to know. |
