Our long track record of successful community regeneration is a great source of pride to us here at Riverside. We know that a successful project is about more than simply bricks and mortar - it's about sustaining and developing the wider community. That's why our Regeneration Team and other support staff, both locally and nationally, take great pride in their work.
The Regeneration Team, along with a network of community investment resources enable tenants and community groups to access local Community Chest funds & Riverside’s Community Investment Challenge Fund.
We work across a wide variety of communities, providing affordable homes for rent. Our work involves working closely with Local Authorities, Agents and Developers enabling us to take a flexible approach in delivering the most appropriate housing or scheme for any particular community. The Regeneration Team takes a lead in everything - from new build properties through to ensuring the smooth progress of housing stock transfers from local authorities.
We like to take an innovative approach to our work, from procurement and design through to a flexible method of occupancy to give greater choice to the customer.
